1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
Beat the eggs, milk and salt until frothy. Add flour. Put butter into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Put in oven at 425 degrees F until butter is melted. Pour batter over melted butter. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve with syrup or jelly.
