STRAWBERRY CREAM FILLING

Strawberry Cream Filling

Use caution when using raw egg whites.

1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg white, stiffly beaten
1/2 cup strawberries, mashed

Whip cream until stiff; fold in sugar, egg white and the mashed strawberries.
