6 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1/4 cup minced onions
3 cups diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon lime juice
Mash ingredients together with a potato masher. Serves 10 to 15 as a side dish. Serves at least six as a dip with chips and salsa.
