    Chafing Dish Toast Cups

    Thinly-sliced bread
    Melted butter

    Trim crust off bread. Cut each slice into 4 squares. Spread with melted butter and press into miniature muffin tins with fingers. Toast in moderate oven until browned. Fill with fillings from chafing dish.
