EGGNOG BUNDT CAKE

    Eggnog Bundt Cake

    1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
    1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 cups commercial eggnog
    1/4 cup butter melted
    Confectioners' sugar (optional)

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly butter a Bundt pan. Press nuts on bottom and sides of pan.

    Combine remaining ingredients and beat until smooth - 4 or 5 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until cake tests done. Cool 10 minutes.

    Remove from pan. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar if desired.
