CAMPFIRE CLAM CHOWDER

    Campfire Clam Chowder

    1 package Knorr Swiss Leek soup mix
    2/3 cup instant potatoes
    2/3 cup powdered milk
    5 cups water
    1 (6 ounce) can chopped or minced clams, including juice
    Bacon bits (optional)

    Mix all ingredients except bacon bits and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes or until done. Sprinkle bacon bits on top, if desired.
