1 large fish or two smaller ones, whichever you were able to catch
Lemon pepper or other favorite seasonings
Clean the fish. Place on aluminum foil. Add butter inside and outside of fish. Sprinkle the inside of the fish with seasoning. Fold the foil so that it keeps the juices in. Place in fire for about 15-20 minutes, making sure to cook both sides.
The fish should come out flaky. The skin of the fish will come right off with the foil.
