Recipe for Rainbow Haystacks


    Rainbow Haystacks

    1 cup vanilla, milk or white chocolate pieces
    1 tablespoon finely chopped candied ginger
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped cashew nuts
    1 cup chow mein noodles
    1/2 cup pastel-colored miniature marshmallows

    In medium saucepan, melt vanilla pieces over very low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in ginger, cashews, noodles and marshmallows. Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper; chill.

    Yield: about 20 to 22
