Recipe for Frosty Braunschweiger Snowball

    Frosty Braunschweiger Snowball

    1 pound Oscar Meyer Braunschweiger
    1/2 teaspoon dried sweet basil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 tablespoons dried minced onion

    Blend well; shape into a ball, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill at least 4 hours..

    Frost with a mixture of:

    8 ounces cream cheese
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce, or to taste
    1 teaspoon mayonnaise

    Spread over ball. Decorate with chopped nuts or sliced olives or roll in fresh chopped parsley. Place on a small platter of curly endive to serve.
