3/4 cup cream of coconut
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
In small saucepan, combine ingredients; bring to a boil. Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened. Use to glaze ham during last 30 minutes of baking.
Makes about 3/4 cup, enough to glaze a 10- to 12-pound ham.
Microwave: In 2-cup glass measure, combine ingredients. Microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH for 4 to 6 minutes or until thickened, stirring every 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Proceed as above.
