    Sauce for Venison

    1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
    1 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup vinegar
    1/2 cup catsup
    1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1 cup brown sugar
    Juice of 2 lemons
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 teaspoon each salt, pepper and cayenne pepper

    Mix ingredients. Bring to boil and let simmer for 5 minutes. Use warm on meat. Refrigerate unused portion.
