GEORGIA PECAN BROWNIES

    Georgia Pecan Brownies

    2 egg whites
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring
    1 cup pecans, chopped
    1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
    1/8 teaspoon salt

    Beat egg whites stiff. Add sugar and flavoring. Combine nuts, crumbs and salt and fold into egg whites. Shape into small balls. Place on greased baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for about 20 minutes.

    Makes 3 dozen balls.
