1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 very ripe banana, mashed
1/2 cup kiwi, mashed
2 cups unsifted flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a cookie sheet.
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg, banana and mashed kiwi. Stir in flour, baking soda and baking powder. Fold in nuts. Drop onto cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
