Recipe for Teriyaki Steak


    Teriyaki Steak

    2 to 2 1/2 pounds boneless steak, cut up in small pieces
    1 teaspoon ginger
    1 tablespoon granulated sugar
    2 tablespoons oil
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1 garlic clove, crushed

    Put steak into crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak. Cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.

    Serve over rice.
