Recipe for Corn Chowder
Crock Pot


    Corn Chowder

    3/4 cup chopped onion
    2 tablespoons butter or  margarine
    1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 cup diced cooked ham
    1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn
    1 cup cream style corn
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    2 1/2 cups milk
    Black pepper
    Parsley flakes

    Combine onion, butter, potatoes, ham, frozen corn, cream style corn, cream of mushroom soup and milk in crockpot. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley flakes.

    Serves 8.
