VENISON CHILI, CROCK-POT VERSION

    Venison Chili

    1 pound ground venison
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    2 cups tomato juice
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can pinto or kidney beans
    1 envelope chili mix

    Brown meat, onion and garlic in skillet. Put in crockpot along with all other ingredients. Cook on LOW setting for 6 to 10 hours or overnight.

    This recipe can be doubled easily.
