Pinot Noir

Do you like Pinot Noir?

Well then, don't serve it with--- Blue veined, fatty or salty cheeses! Acid-y foods, shrimp, lobster or strong flavored fish, tropical fruits, citrus and/or especially Asparagus .

Do serve it with--- Meats prepared with earthy flavors from mushrooms, grilled meats, beef, lamb, pork with rich sauces. A simple roast chicken or duck or goose, Cornish Game hens, robust flavored cheese like Gruyere or Comte are good pairings especially with black sweet cherries---yum!
