Instructions:

Fourth of July Fizz

Strawberry syrup
1 bottle seltzer water
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 package frozen sliced strawberries, thawed

Place 1 teaspoon strawberry syrup in each glass. Pour seltzer water into each glass until it is 2/3 full. Stir syrup and water briskly until they are mixed. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in each glass. Top with a heaping tablespoonful of sliced strawberries.
