Instructions:

Yield: 1 recipe

1 1/2 cup Kidney beans, cooked
1 ea Garlic clove
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/2 tbsp Cider vinegar
2 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Fresh cilantro or parsley

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
