Instructions:

Caribbean Tea Mix

2 cups unsweetened powdered instant tea
2 packages orange-pineapple flavored gelatin
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 teaspoon coconut extract

In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Process until well blended. Store in an airtight container.

Stir 2 level tablespoons tea mix into 6 ounces hot water.

Makes 3 cups tea mix.
