Instructions:
Yield: 4 servings
1 med Onion, thinly sliced
1 lg Garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp Chiles, minced
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
2 cup Green beans stemmed & halved
3/4 cup Tomato, chopped
1/2 cup Water
Salt
In a medium sized skillet, saute the onions, garlic & chiles in the oil till the onions are soft. Add the beans, tomatoes & water. Cover & simmer on a medium heat until the beans are tender, 5 to 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Season & serve.
