Instructions:

Rusty's Green Pea Salad

1 package frozen peas
2 hard boiled eggs, diced
1/2 cup cubed Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
2/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Pepper to taste

Cook eggs and cube cheese. Place peas in colander and run cool water over them to thaw. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, pepper, and basil thoroughly. Mix to coat peas. Chill before serving.
