4 cups cabbage, finely shredded
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
Beat eggs lightly, add vinegar and seasonings and blend well. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Pour over cabbage and serve hot.
