Instructions:
Yield: 6 servings
3 1/2 cup Orzo, cooked
1 cup Red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup Purple onion, chopped
1/2 cup Parsley, chopped
1/4 cup Basil, chopped
15 oz Black beans, cooked
1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
3 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Pepper
3/4 tsp Salt
2 ea Garlic cloves, minced
Combine orzo, pepper, onion, parsley, basil and beans; set aside.
Combine vinegar, water, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sugar, pepper, salt and garlic; mix well and toss with salad.
