Yield: about 6 cups
1 1/4 cups milk
1 cup buttermilk
2 1/4 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 1/2 cups sour cream
In mixing bowl, combine milk, buttermilk, mayonnaise, vinegar, Parmesan cheese, pepper and garlic salt. Mix well with wire whisk. Fold in sour cream, leaving small lumps intact. Refrigerate in a tightly sealed container.
