Dandelion Restaurant Chipotle-Adobo Mashed Potatoes

4 ounces roasted-garlic mashed potatoes
1 small can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Puree the chipotle-adobo peppers in blender until smooth. Mix 2 teaspoons into the warm garlic mashed potatoes.
