Michael Due West Ranch House Dressing

2 cups buttermilk
2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 large onion, chopped
1 or 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

Blend all ingredients together in blender until smooth.
