Ingredients: 1 pound beef stew meat; 1 envelope onion soup mix; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1 can cream of celery soup; 8 ounces sour cream

1 pound beef stew meat
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
8 ounces sour cream

Mix stew meat, soup mix and soups in crockpot and cook on LOW for 8 hours.

Just before serving, add sour cream. Serve over noodles or rice.
