Instructions:

Sunrise Cafe Garlic Cheese Spread

20 ounces grated Pecorino Romano
2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
Pinch cayenne pepper
Dash hot red pepper sauce
3 long loaves Italian bread, split lengthwise

Mix all ingredients, except the bread, together in a large bowl. Spread on bread and toast it.
