Best for ages 2 and up.

Project Time: 1 to 2 hours

1 (12-inch) plastic foam cone
2 (4 1/4 ounce) tubes white frosting
2 cups small assorted candies
1 (18 ounce) package large spice drops
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar (optional)

Wrap cone in aluminum foil. Use frosting to attach candies and spice drops in holiday designs. Allow to set for one hour. If desired, dust with confectioners' sugar using a small tea strainer.
