4 croissants
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup strawberry preserves or jam
Slice croissants in half and spread bottom half of each croissant with ricotta cheese; top with strawberry preserves and replace top half of croissant. Place croissants on hot grill and cook 2-3 minutes, turning once. Serve immediately.
Yield: 4 servings.
NOTE: May use other flavors of preserves or substitute cream cheese for ricotta cheese.
